Welcome to the Faith Leaders Roundtable of Rochester NY

Who is the Faith Leaders Roundtable?
The Faith Leaders Roundtable of Rochester is a fellowship of senior pastors who have come together, not by accident, but by divine assignment, to strengthen one another and to serve our community with one heart and one voice.
The Bible reminds us in Ecclesiastes 4:9–10 (NKJV):
“Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion.”
We are not just an organization; we are a body. A living expression of what happens when leaders choose unity over isolation, and purpose over preference.
Our Vision
Our vision is to cultivate unity and shared moral leadership across the Greater Rochester community.
Jesus prayed in John 17:21 (NKJV):
“That they all may be one… that the world may believe that You sent Me.”
We believe that unity is not optional, it is essential. Because when the church is united, the world takes notice.
We are committed to building strong pastors, strong churches and strong communities through:
Because Proverbs 27:17 (NKJV) says:
“As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.”
What We Stand For
We are leaders who engage the real issues facing our community, from education, to social justice, to economic stability, and overall well-being.
We take seriously the call of Micah 6:8 (NKJV):
“To do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.”
And we have decided as a body:
· We will choose collaboration over competition
· And relationship over recognition
Because Psalm 133:1 (NKJV) declares:
“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!”
Closing Declaration
We are not perfect—but we are united.
We are not competing—but we are collaborating.
We are not divided—but we are determined.
We are the Faith Leaders Roundtable
